Books/shall not be borrowed or withdrawn from the Library by the general public or by law students except in unusual cases of extenuatingCircumstances and within the discretion of the Librarian.

The Librarian may, in hisAliscretion, grant such renewals and extensions of time for the return of books as he may deem proper under the particular circumstances and to the best interests of the Library and its patrons.
